During your first session, we will ask you to sign a participation readiness form and a consent form to join our classes. Alternatively, you can do so online here:

What you will need to consider when you join our sessions:
- Wear comfortable clothes.
- No muddy shoes, please. You can have an extra pair to change to.
- Bring a towel.
- Bring your own fitness mat if you have.
- Stay hydrated, bring your water bottle.
- Please arrive on time for your session.
- Your commitment, motivation, and energy!
