I’m passionate about helping people in their fitness journey. I started mine about 10 years ago (barely able to do a press up) and having been through it myself I believe that fitness is for all and I know how to make a realistic and achievable change for you. Fitness is a way of life that can have not just a physical impact but a positive mental impact too.

Fun facts about myself: On my fitness journey I also discovered my passion for rock climbing and became an instructor too. I enjoy cycling, hiking and running and when weather allows it some stand up paddle board.
