What to expect

  • Circuits & High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT): Push your limits and get maximum results!

  • Cardio & Strength Building: Improve your endurance and build muscle.

  • All Fitness Levels Welcome: Our program is designed for everyone looking to get stronger.

Every week:

  • Monday at 17:15 at Braywick Nature Centre hall

  • Friday at 17:30 at Braywick Nature Centre hall

  • Saturday at 08:30 at Ockwells Park – outdoors Bootcamp

FIRST SESSION IS FREE

Then you can choose to pay as you go (PAYG) £8 per session OR subscribe to one of our monthly offers. 

£26 per month for 1 session per week

£42 per month for 2 sessions per week

£55 per month for unlimited sessions PLUS 30-minutes in-person training per month

Useful information:

Car park for the Braywick Nature Center: There is plenty of free parking just as you arrive at Hibbert Rd, SL6 1UU. 

Car park at Ockwells park: Plenty of free parking just as you arrive at the park, Maidenhead SL6 3AA. 

During your first session, we will ask you to sign a participation readiness form and a consent form to join our classes. Alternatively, you can do so online here:

What you will need to consider when you join our indoors classes:

- Wear comfortable clothes.

- No muddy shoes, please. You can have an extra pair to change to.

- Bring a towel.

- Bring your own fitness mat if you have.

- Stay hydrated, bring your water bottle.

- Note that Braywick Court School is a nut free zone.

- For the indoors sessions, please arrive 5 minutes earlier. We only have a limited time to use the space!
